Thank you for shopping with Willow Collective! Each item is made-to-order, and we take pride in creating apparel just for you. Below are our return and refund guidelines:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Because our apparel is made-to-order, custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
