Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Willow Collective! Each item is made-to-order, and we take pride in creating apparel just for you. Below are our return and refund guidelines:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Because our apparel is made-to-order, custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

• If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
