Thank you for shopping with Willow Collective! Each order is made-to-order, and we want you to know exactly what to expect from the time you place your order until it arrives at your door. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

PROCESSING & FABRICATION TIME

• Because our apparel is made-to-order, each item is first produced before shipping.

• Fabrication typically takes 5–7 business days.

• During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES

• We charge a flat rate of $7.95 for all orders shipped within the U.S.

• Customers local to Grand Ledge, MI may choose Free Local Pickup at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

• Once production is complete, orders are shipped via standard delivery services.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.

• Please allow a total of 7–14 business days for processing, production, and delivery.
